Traffic signals and several
other traffic control devices will be completed
over the next three months as part of a contract
recently awarded. By mid-summer, a traffic
signal system should be operational at
Buffalo Drive and Twain Avenue in the vicinity
of the Spring Valley High School. School
flashers are also being installed on Torrey
Pines adjacent to Guinn Middle School.
Another part of the contract includes some
traffic signal modifications at three different
intersections: Flamingo Road and Buffalo
Drive, Flamingo Road and Durango Drive, and
Desert Inn Road and Durango Drive. For
