January 10 Deadline for Public Comments Nears	Upcoming Events

Thursday, Jan. 10 is the final day public comments will be accepted by the Department of Energy on two draft Environmental Impact Statements on the Yucca Mountain repository and transportation of high-level nuclear waste.

Comments can be directed to DOE by FAX at: 1-800-967-0739, or via the Internet at: www.ocrwm.doe.gov, or go to the Clark County’s special e-mail account: YuccaOpinions@aol.com.
