Agenda Management System
Also Improves Efficiency
Those interested in viewing videos of specific agenda
items or entire meetings of the Clark County Commission
and Planning Commission can now do so by visiting the
county Web site at
www.accessclarkcounty.com.
This
new feature even allows the public to conduct a key-word
search of archived video of the meetings. The videos and
meeting agendas are available for viewing as part of a
new integrated agenda management system.
While the first phase of this project allows easy access
to meeting agendas and videos, a subsequent phase in the
coming months will allow citizens to access minutes and
agenda item supporting documentation.
“This project provides our citizens with greater access
to county government,” said County Manager Virginia
Valentine. “It also will enable us to operate more
efficiently and effectively.”
To
access the new system, simply visit
www.accessclarkcounty.com, and under the “New to the
Website” section on the front page, click on the link
for “Commission Mtg. Videos.”
Meetings of the County Commission and all Clark County
Television (CCTV) Channel 4 programming are also
available for viewing live over the county Internet
site.
