occasion to share news and discuss a number of issues
with local residents.
The meeting will be held at the Laughlin Regional
Government Center, Meeting Room 2 on Friday, May 12,
beginning at 1 p.m. The Center is at 101 Civic Way in
Laughlin.

Commissioner Bruce Woodbury, who represents District A.
He’ll bring us up to date on governmental issues
impacting the 8,300 residents of Laughlin,"
explained Laughlin Town Manager Jackie Brady.
"County Manager Thom Reilly, Assistant County
Manager Virginia Valentine and others also will
speak."
"I’m looking forward to once again meet with
the residents of Laughlin," explained Commissioner
Woodbury. "I’ve always enjoyed Town Hall meetings
where we can have an exchange of ideas, listen to
residents’ concerns and suggestions, and for me to
personally meet with, and hear from, the growing number
of residents."

Among the discussion topics are the economic
development plan, growth trends in and around the
Laughlin area, development, zoning and building issues.
All local citizens are encouraged to attend and provide
input to their governmental officials.

"Our monthly Town Board meetings serve a
valuable purpose in our daily operations here in
Laughlin," Brady added. "But the Town Hall
meeting is a truly special event and we’re extremely
honored this year to have Commissioner Woodbury, Thom
Reilly and Virginia Valentine in attendance."
