Clark County Public Works, in
cooperation with the Regional Transportation Commission
of Southern Nevada and the City of Las Vegas, is
designing future proposed improvements to the Western
Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway between
Charleston Boulevard and approximately one-half mile
north of the Summerlin Parkway. The Lake Mead Boulevard
Interchange, which was previously presented to the
public for comment, will also be included with these
proposed project improvements. A public information
meeting will be held to provide project information and
to receive public comments.
Proposed project improvements include:
north of Summerlin Parkway by the addition of one lane
in each direction
(northbound and southbound)
Interchanges at Far Hills Avenue and
Summerlin Parkway
Auxiliary lanes between interchanges

Monday, May 15, 2006 between 4:00
p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

How To Participate:
Members of the public are invited to attend this
meeting anytime between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to learn
about the project and to submit comments. Comments can
be submitted either in writing on a form provided at the
meeting or verbally to the public stenographer at the
meeting. The meeting will be held in an open-house
format to increase the convenience to the public and to
provide for one-on-one discussion between the public and
project staff.
In addition to the comments received at the meeting,
comments can be submitted until Wednesday, May 31, 2006,
at 5:00 p.m. to: Clark County Public Works, Beltway
Comments, P.O. Box 554000, Las Vegas, Nevada,
89155-4000. After the meeting, the display materials
will be available for viewing until the end of the
comment period at: Clark County Public Works, 500 S.
Grand Central Parkway, 2nd Floor Lobby, Las Vegas, NV
89106; from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding
the Memorial Day holiday.
