Clark County offers county owned property for sale at public auction once it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners that there is no longer a County need for the property and all guidelines of NRS 244 have been followed.

County-owned property that is placed for sale falls under various portions of NRS 244 depending on factors such as if the property is vacant land or developed land.

Clark County follows the procedures of NRS 244.282 as a guideline for the auction process.
