Q: How can I purchase County land?
A: When County property is surplus or otherwise available for sale, it is sold to the highest bidder in a public auction. Public auctions are approved by the Board of County Commissioners, and advertised in the local newspapers at least once a week for 3 successive weeks prior to the auction.
