Special Event Permits
A Clark County special event permit is required to conduct an event that may affect the normal flow of vehicular and/or pedestrian traffic on public right-of-ways within unincorporated Clark County. Each permit requires coordination with a number of county departments and outside agencies.The permits are issued to ensure that the county's infrastructure is protected and that traffic has minimal disruptions.
To apply for a Special Events permit, submit the information listed along with your completed application no later than 30 days prior to your event:

Permit Application Packet

Copy of the proposed Traffic Control Plan provided by your barricade company

Copy of Certificate of Insurance listing Clark County and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as additional certificate holders with the minimum amounts required by Clark County Code 16.06.070.
