Special Provisions

Clark County Public Works Special Provisions supplement and modify the "Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction Off-Site Improvements, Clark County Area, Nevada, Third Edition," and all revisions through date of advertisement and the "Clark County Supplement to Uniform Standard Drawings and Specifications."  All of the requirements and provisions of said Standard Specifications shall apply except where modified by the plans and these Special Provisions.

RTC Uniform Standard Specifications & Drawings

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) Streets and Highways division of the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) oversees gas tax funded roadway construction projects for roads in Southern Nevada.  Projects include new regional roadways and improvement of existing roads to reduce congestion and improve mobility.  The RTC concentrates its efforts on regional roadways and streets that service higher numbers of vehicle trips and roads that provide connectivity between jurisdictions and across major geographic barriers. Streets that carry less traffic and neighborhood roads are not a part of the RTC's Streets and Highways program.
