The Clark County Public Defenders office is seeking attorneys that have a passion for public law and the clients we serve.  We are looking for attorneys that want to work with a multi-cultural and diverse socio-economic clientele.  We have a special need for attorneys that are bilingual in Spanish.  Teamwork is critical to our mission.  The ideal candidate must work well in a tem environment and be able to foster relationships within the judicial system and the community.

Attorneys must be qualified with a Nevada license in good standing, or be sitting for the bar examination at the next offering.  Attorneys are assigned a caseload of individuals charged with a variety of criminal offenses.  They represent those clients in arraignments, preliminary hearings and other court hearings, jury trials and appeals.
