In May and June 2005, ten artists painted utility boxes in the Winchester Arts Neighborhood. The artists were chosen for the project sponsored by Clark County Parks and Recreation and the Las Vegas Centennial Committees City of 100 Murals Project, 
in cooperation with the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Nevada Power Company and Clark County Water Reclamation District. Though the project is completed, it may be repeated in another neighborhood in 2006.
