Dear Prospective User of Camp Lee Canyon,

If you are interested in reserving Camp Lee Canyon in 2009, please complete the enclosed reservation request and mail it on or after October1, 2008.  Reservation forms postmarked prior to October 1 will not be accepted.  Faxes and hand-delivered requests will also not be accepted.

Please note that reservations postmarked on or after October 1 will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  Reservation dates do not automatically rollover from the previous year, nor are they given priority for the next calendar year.

This is a request only.  No payment is due at this time.  Confirmation for dates requested will be mailed in November.  If your primary date is not available, we will use the alternate dates you have listed.  You will also be notified if your selected dates are not available.  Reservations are not finalized until all reservation forms are completed and all deposit fees are paid.

Reservations will be processed and fees accepted after the Clark County Board of Commissioners approves the 2009 Fees and Charges for all Clark County Department of Parks and Recreation facilities.  For your information, the reservation fees for 2008 are listed below, but are subject to change in 2009.

2008 Service Fees are as follows:

• $10 per participant fee for overnight stay; 50 camp minimum 150 camper maximum each night.  $500 will be required in advance to hold a camp reservation date.

• $5 per participant for day use;  50 user minimum (8 hour maximum, between 8am-9pm.  A deposit of $150 will be required in advance to hold a camp reservation date.

• $50 per hour fee for early check-in or late check-out.  Overnight use check-in time, 3 p.m./check-out time 11 a.m.
  $100 cleaning fee for any group with 75+ participants.

• Group will be billed for any loss/damage to facility or equipment due to applicant use.

 2008 Requirements:

• At least one person certified in First Aid/CPR must be at the facility at all times.

• Anyone handling food must have a current Clark County Health Card.

**Please note:
Clark County reserves the right to reserve our High Ropes Challenge Course to other groups during your reservation.  Participants would be limited to the course area and restroom facilities (see enclosed map for details).  If your group needs exclusiveness, arrangements must be made in advance by contacting 455-7072—additional charges may apply.
