Tisa Evans has been hired as the Management Analyst II-Ombudsman/Dispute Resolution for Children and Families for the Clark County Manager’s Office. This position was created in response to the agreement between the County and the Youth Law Center. Tisa will be responsible for receiving, reviewing and resolving complaints from children and families involved in the child welfare system in Clark County.
Tisa has a master’s degree in elementary education from Cheyney University in Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. Tisa has extensive experience working with children, troubled youth and their families in residential and outpatient settings in the Philadelphia area. She previously served as Program Director at the Keystone Center Residential Treatment Facility in Chester, Pennsylvania. Tisa began her employment with the Clark County Manager’s office on December 17, 2007.
