LEGAL FORMS

Not every form can be found online!  Some forms can only be found in books.  The Comprehensive Forms Index contains a listing of forms found online as well as sample forms found at the Clark County Law Library. 

If you do not find a form suitable for your needs on the Internet, you may have to create a form using a sample, an outline or instructions from a variety of resources, which are available in the library.

 The Clark County Law Library has created a Blank Pleading Paper using the Instructions for Preparing Documents for Filing with the Eighth Judicial District Court.  A Schedule of Justice Court Filing Fees is now available online.
