Clark County Law Library subscribes to a variety of databases through Westlaw. Access is free to patrons using designated computers during normal operating hours. Patrons may sign up for Westlaw by showing their valid photo ID at the Reference Desk. Print charges are $0.25 per page.
Westlaw is a powerful research tool that can be used to search for case law using citations or natural language. Patrons may also use Westlaw to access case histories via KeyCite, jury verdicts, and reference sources.
Westlaw training sessions at the Clark County Law Library are available and may be scheduled by phone. Online training is also available through Westlaw® Training on the Web .
