PLEASE READ THESE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY

The Justice Court, Henderson Township provides Criminal and Civil Court Forms. The criminal forms available include: Application for Release without Bond/Bail Reduction, Motion to Place on Calendar, and Order for Confiscation and Disposal of Property or Return of Property. The civil forms available include: General Civil, Small Claims, Executions, Summary Eviction (Landlord and Tenant), and Protective Orders (Stalking / Harassment, Workplace and Harm to Minors). Additionally, Notice of Appeal and Media Request forms are available.

To complete an Interactive Form, place the cursor at the beginning of the line you wish to complete. With most forms, start at the beginning of the first page using the Tab Key to bring you to the the Plaintiff's name. Type the information, then use the Tab Key to move to the next field. DO NOT USE THE ENTER KEY TO MOVE FROM LINE TO LINE. Occasionally, there are boxes that need to be selected using a "check" mark. Use the Enter Key or the Spacebar to make your selection, click again to remove it.

If you need to make changes, use the Back Tab to return to that field to make the correction. Complete ALL fields on the Form. Please follow all instructions in the fields. These instructions are designed NOT to appear when the form is printed. If necessary, you may override the instructions with an entry, but only if this action is authorized. You may save the document to your computer. Once you are finished, print the document.

If you opt to not use the interactive feature, the documents must be PRINTED from the computer and all pertinent information TYPED on the form.
