The Office of the Court Administrator in the Henderson Township Justice Court is responsible for overseeing all activities of the court to ensure the public's trust and confidence are upheld while managing the routine activities of the Court.

The Court Administrator develops and administers court policy under the direct supervision of the Administrative Judge; plans, organizes and administers support services required for the effective functioning of the Court; administers the daily operations of the Court; oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of case management/information systems, manages court security activities and procedures, coordinates with county management in developing the court's strategic plan; oversees fiscal activity; provides for the coordination of activities with other offices within the jurisdictional system and other county departments; provides expert professional assistance to court and county staff in areas of expertise.

In addition, the Court administrator in this jurisdiction administers the duties of the Office of the Clerk as defined by Nevada statute.
