- Provide the County's Wide Area Network. The network spans from Laughlin to Overton. This service includes designing networks, supporting and troubleshooting.
- Provide Local Area Network and server support. This includes all mainframes, mini and workstation level servers, back up services, operating systems, database management system and utilities supporting these systems.
- Provide maintenance and repair services to workstations.
- Install and relocate hardware and/or software due to moves or changing work environments.
- Install and relocate as well as maintain and upgrade voice, pager and mobile radio network components.
- Provide assistance on the acquisition for workstations, voice and pager services.

- Provide consulting services by highly qualified staff for developing, supporting or maintaining Enterprise applications.

- Provide single point of contact call-center in support of all service areas.
- Provide Help Desk level consultation for all services and products, enterprise wide.
- Provide problem resolutions for all service areas, enterprise wide.
- Assist incoming calls from the public, log all calls and long distant calls.
