EMPLOYEE TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT 

Located in the former offices of the Organizational Development Center, the Employee Training and Development (ETD) Division of Human Resources offers a variety of services and workforce development opportunities for Clark County employees.  

ETD offers training courses in the areas of customer service, information technology, interpersonal skills, safety, supervisory skills, and general development.  ETD also provides customized training programs to County departments upon request. 

ETD houses an extensive resource library of print and video media designed to provide employees with the information they need to develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities.   ETD also has a variety of equipment available for checkout including overhead and InFocus projectors, video screens, and flip charts. 

ETD training/meeting rooms are available for use by County departments and community groups when not being used for regularly scheduled training programs.  Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
