ABOUT THE EOD:
The Equal Opportunity Division monitors every aspect of the County's policy regarding non-discrimination and equal opportunity as related to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; the Age Discrimination Employment Act (ADEA); as well as the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
The Division is also responsible for responding to program and building accessibility issues and workplace accommodations, in accordance with the ADA. The area of equal opportunity is an important and complex area.
