ELECTION NIGHT RESULTS
(available after the polls close at 7:00 p.m. on June 2, 2009, Municipal Election Day)

WHEN AND WHERE:  Incorporated cities (Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, Mesquite and North Las Vegas) conduct their own elections in odd-numbered years.  Municipal General Elections will be on June 2, 2009.  Eligible voters may vote early before Election Day (see the table below for schedules), by mail, or on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

WHO MAY VOTE:  Only voters properly registered within the specific boundaries of an incorporated City (Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas' Ward 4, Mesquite or North Las Vegas) may vote in the 2009 Municipal General Election and only in their own City’s elections.  The only voters from Las Vegas who may vote are those registered in Council Ward 4.  Voters registered in unincorporated areas of Clark County do NOT participate in Municipal Elections.

WHAT IS ON THE BALLOT:  Municipal offices will be up for election. Only Boulder City will have ballot questions (six) in the Municipal General Election.  All municipal elections are OPEN and NONPARTISAN.
