the criminal court process |
You, and other citizens like you who are called to testify, are an important part of our court proceedings. The County of Clark will pay for your transportation and some other legal expenses in consideration for your obedience to the subpoena.
You will be reimbursed at $.19 per mile for ground transportation from your residence to and from court. At the time of your appearance as a witness, you will also receive a $25.00 witness fee in accordance with NRS 50.225.
