The Nevada State Bar Examination is offered twice a year in February and July. Timely application must be postmarked on or before October 1 (February exam) and on or before March 1 (July exam). Late applications, including significant late filing fees, may be made until December 1 (February exam) and May 1 (July exam). The bar examination includes the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), essay, and Multistate Performance Examination. Applicants must also have a passing MPRE score (not less than 85).
