Dear Clark County Business Owner:
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am David Roger, the District Attorney for Clark County. I have over 15 years of experience as a prosecutor in this office. I know that no matter how large or small the loss, bad checks cost the citizens and businesses of our community hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses each year. The public suffers major financial harm when goods or services are “stolen” through the use of fraudulent checks.
