The Office of the District Attorneyis composed of 4 Divisions each located in four areas of Clark County:
The Criminal Division resides in the Regional Justice Center located at 200 Lewis Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. The public reception area is located on the Third floor. The Victim Witness Assistance Center also resides on the Third floor. Our Bad Check Diversion Unit can be found on the Lower Level of the Regional Justice Center.
The Civil Division is located in the new Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada. District Attorney David Roger maintains offices in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions.
The Family Support Division is located at 301 Clark Avenue, Suite 100, Las Vegas, Nevada. Child support hearings are conducted in the automated courtrooms of the Family and Youth Services Building.
