ID : A permanent identification number assigned to an inmate used to track visiting, arrest information, and mail correspondence.
Case : The assignment of a court jurisdiction number to track the arrest charge(s) activity.
Related Case : A court jurisdiction number assigned usually by a higher court to continue tracking the activity of an arrest. This case number is still bound to the original case number assigned at time of arrest.
Status : Activity of an inmate indicating whether his charges are still open and unresolved. Could also indicate if the individual is sentenced to serve jail time.
Detainer : A document used to hold an individual on a charge from another jurisdiction or a local charge.
Cash Bail : A dollar amount paid to the court of jurisdiction for the release of a charge.
Surety Bail : A dollar amount that can be paid to a Bonding Company instead of a full cash dollar amount. (Check the phone book for Bail Bond Companies)
Scheduled Department : The court room where the case (charge) will be heard by a Judge. If there is not a specific department assigned, then the case has not been assigned to a Judge at this time.
Scheduled Action : The reason why the case (charge) is going to court.
Scheduled Date : The month, day and year that the court appearance will be held.
Scheduled Time : The time of the court appearance.
