
2009 MSHCP Progress Report Symposium
The Desert Conservation Program (DCP) held a symposium to highlight progress made to date on 31 current projects to implement the MSHCP on August 11 & 12, 2009 at US Geological Survey office in Henderson, Nevada.The presentations are linked below in
agenda order.
The DCP is grateful to USGS for use of the facility, and for hosting 6 scientists to attend and provide comments on each presentation.These scientists are: Dr. J. Whitfield Gibbons, University of Georgia; Dr. Dennis Hansen, National Security Technologies, LLC; Dr. Debra Hughson, National Park Service; Dr. James MacMahon, Utah State University; Phil Medica, US Geological Survey; and Dr. Daniel Rosenberg, Oregon State University.Thanks to each of the experts and the symposium audience members for their thoughtful questions and helpful comments.
