The Board will hear and consider relevant air quality matters, including but not limited to:

•  Appeal of Hearing Officer's Decision (Order).
•  Appeal of Corrective Action Order.
•  Requests for issuance, renewal or changes for Variances from the Air Quality Regulations.
•  Response Form for NOVs (Notice of Violations)
•  Manual of Procedures Air Pollution Control Hearing Board/Hearing Officer Manual Procedures
