Adobe Acrobat Reader is FREE. If you do not have the Reader it can be downloaded from the Adobe site by clicking the following button. Once you have downloaded the Reader, it is NOT necessary to download the Acrobat Reader a second time to obtain additional forms. Once installed on your computer system, Adobe Acrobat Reader launches automatically once a document is selected.
