10-Day Notice. (Usually associated with mobile home units).
5-Day Unlawful Detainer. This can only be obtained following the expiration of time of the above Notices. Except 5 Day Pay or Quit. Attach copy of previously served notice listed above.
2-10 Notices Served to Same Location - $20.00 each notice and a one time mileage fee.
11-24 Notices Served to Same Location - $17.00 each notice and a one time mileage fee.
25 or More Notices Served to Same Location - $15.00 each notice and a one time mileage fee.
Small Claims, Summons, or Other processes Where Suit is Commenced in Civil Cases - $17.00 per person plus $2.00 per mile. Need an information sheet for each person being served.
Subpoenas: $15 each person and $2.00 per mile.
Information sheets should contain as much information as possible to identify person(s) being served - Race, Sex, Height, Weight, Color Hair, Age, Color Eyes.
