Constable Earl Mitchell
Earl Mitchell was elected Constable the first time in 1995 and is currently on his third term. He has over 20 years with the Henderson Police Department. Earl has served on the boards of The Injured Police Officer’s Fund, Henderson Boys and Girls Club, and the Henderson Salvation Army. He is currently a board member of the State of Nevada Fraternal Order of Police, and the Henderson Fraternal Order of Police. Earl has contributed extensively throughout the community in many ways, such as volunteer work with the American Cancer Society, contributing to youth athletics and local school programs, such as "The Every 15 Minute Program" that teaches teenagers not to Drink and Drive. Earl Mitchell has resided in the area over 30 years and is the proud father of 3 children, Nathan, a United States Marine, Olivia and Shane.
