10-DAY NOTICE-MOBILE HOME LOT: This notice is for failure to pay rent, utility charges or reasonable service fees. This is given when the tenant owns the mobile home but rents the lot. The tenant is given 10 STRAIGHT days to comply with the notice, move their mobile home or file for a court hearing.

5-DAY NUISANCE (MOBILE HOME): This notice is for a tenant whose conduct constitutes a nuisance or which violates a state law or local ordinance. The tenant has 5 JUDICIAL days to comply or receive a 5-DAY UNLAWFUL DETAINER.

180 DAYS NOTICE: The landlord/agent would give this notice because of a change in the use of the land by the landlord.
