PARKS ELEMENT 2008 UPDATE CONCEPT
The Clark County Parks and Recreation Report provides the background, analysis and recommendations that are the basis of the corresponding Element of the Comprehensive Plan. The Parks and Recreation Element assists in guiding land use and policy decisions made by the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners that will ultimately determine the location of new parks and recreation facilities throughout the County.
