Attorneys Interested in Indigent Defense
Representation May Now Apply
Applications for attorneys interested in indigent defendant representation for both track and hourly appointments are now available online. To be eligible to receive any type of criminal adult, juvenile or parental termination appointment an attorney MUST complete an application and submit it to the Office of Appointed Counsel, 500 S. Grand Central Pkwy., 6th Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89155 by Friday May 23, 2008. All applications will be screened and approved by a selection committee with track placement and approved hourly lists beginning July 1, 2008. Attorneys who do not apply will NOT be eligible to receive any type of either adult criminal, juvenile, or parental termination appointment in Clark County.
