Child Care License Required

Pursuant to Clark County Code 6.16 , Child Care Facilities, it is unlawful to engage in the business of operating a child care facility without first obtaining a license.  Child Care facilit ies include , but  are not limited to : child care center, family care home, group care home, preschool, and infant and toddler nursery.
