The Department of Business License has developed a complaints line that provides information on how to send a business licensing complaint. We ask that all complaints be in written form. A sample form can be found by clicking on the forms link on our website
To send us a licensing complaint you have three options:

Out of Business
The Department of Business License ask that all requests be in written form, must be signed by an owner or officer of the business and must include the following information:
- Business name & address
- Business license number
- The date the business ceased operation in Clark County.
To send us your Out of Business request, you have three options:
