| The Clark County Department of Business License is planning to introduce the following amendments to Clark County Code. The preliminary drafts are being provided to affected parties prior to introduction.
The proposed amendment will be formerly introduced before the Board of County Commissioners in the near future. After introduction, there will be a public comment period which interested parties will have an opportunity to provide feedback and comments on the proposed amendment.
