Conversion of Manufactured Home to Real Property
Manufactured home owners who own both the home and the land on which it is located may be eligible to convert their manufactured home into real property. A conversion requires the issuance and final inspection of a building permit. If the property is located in unincorporated Clark County; including Bunkerville, Laughlin, Logandale, Moapa or Overton; the necessary forms can be obtained by accessing the Clark County Development Services's Internet site below or at one the following Offices:
