Consolidation of Land Parcels
To combine two or more tax parcels of land into one parcel for billing purposes, the following requirements must be met:

All property taxes are paid through the current installment for the present fiscal year.

Ownership and vesting statuses are identical.

Parcels are contiguous (except condominium airspace parcels).

Parcels are within the same taxing district.
Note: Should taxes on either of the subject parcels become delinquent, the entire newly combined parcel will bear a tax delinquent status.
Note: Consolidation of parcels may affect the amount of tax abatement of the newly created parcel.
Note: Consolidations are for tax purposes only, they do not create new legal lot lines or new legal descriptions, and may remove legal status of unsubdivided parcels existing before July 1, 1973.

2. Send a letter to the Assessor's Office at 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89155-1401, explaining which parcels are to be consolidated.
3. Complete a consolidation request form at any of the Assessor's Office locations.
4. The Assessor's Office will fax you a "Real Property Records - Combination Form." Call 702-455-3881.
