Who We Are
The Public Response Office offers a centralized service to receive citizen complaints, requests and inquiries related to zoning, building, solid waste, sign enforcement, graffiti and other issues regarding the enforcement of County Codes.
Neighborhood Pride
The Board of County Commissioners and their staff recognize that neighborhood preservation is essential to developing and maintaining an excellent quality of life for all residents in our valley. The Clark County Public Response Office (PRO) is tasked with creating programs that promote the preservation of our neighborhoods. Our Graffiti Specialists paint over graffiti vandalism and Code Enforcement Inspectors work with individuals and businesses to bring them into compliance with County Codes. PRO also organizes neighborhood and desert clean ups to get residents involved in taking care of their own neighborhoods, and teaches middle school children about negative effects of graffiti.
To expand upon efforts to improve and expand graffiti abatement and neighborhood beautification programs, PRO will work with community groups that have expressed and demonstrated a commitment to preserving the integrity of their neighborhoods through the Neighborhood Pride Zone program. This program, based on the activities of residents within the neighborhood, encourages residents to take an active role in the preservation of their communities. Through this program, the efforts of citizens interested in the physical improvement of their neighborhoods will be recognized and supported by Clark County and the Public Response Office.
