Graffiti Abatement Request Form
In Clark County, the majority of the walls and fences are owned by private property owners, including those facing public streets. Clark County’s Graffiti Abatement Program assists with the removal of graffiti vandalism from private residential properties. However, property owners must give permission before Clark County can cover graffiti. As the property owner of record, please fill out the form below.
Please note that the removal of graffiti vandalism from commercial properties, including apartments, townhomes, condominiums, gated communities, power easements, utility boxes and mailboxes, is the responsibility of the business owner. However, we encourage you to call the Southern Nevada Graffiti Hotline at 455 – 4509 whenever you have a graffiti-related concern. Please leave the address or location of the graffiti. We will forward the information to the appropriate party.
By filling out the form below, I give permission for the graffiti on my private property to be covered, and I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Clark County removes graffiti vandalism by painting over graffiti.
Clark County provides six colors of paint from which to choose.
Clark County helps property owners by covering instances of graffiti.
Upon request, Clark County will provide paint so property owners can cover minor instances of subsequent graffiti vandalism. Clark County will assist with removal when subsequent graffiti vandalism is extensive. |
