Anyone may purchase a copy of any document (official record) that was recorded at the Clark County Recorder's Office.   There are three ways to order copies of official documents:

• Order Online (easiest and quickest)
• In Person    (follow below instructions)
• Mail    (follow below instructions)

Ordering a Copy, In Person or By Mail

To order a document copy, in person or by mail,  you must know:

• the document Book and Instrument Number and;
• the number of document pages.

If you do not have the necessary document information, you may do one of the three following options:

• Locate the document information using our Online Records Search
• Visit our office in person (Office Location and Hours)
• Call our office at (702) 455-4336

	Print the order form.
	Fill out the order form with the appropriate information. Records Search: Locate your document information online.
	Mail or bring the completed order form and appropriate fees to the Clark County Recorder's Office: Mailing Address: Clark County Recorder's Office 500 S. Mail Orders: Send check or money order in U.S. dollars for the full amount, payable to Clark County Recorder. We do not accept credit card orders over the phone or through the mail. DO NOT send cash.
