Ordering Copies of Official Records 

Anyone may purchase a copy of any document (official record) that was recorded at the Clark County Recorder's Office. To order a document copy, you must know:

  • the document Book and Instrument Number and;
  • the number of document pages.

If you do not have the necessary document information, you may do one of the three following options:

Print the order form.

Fill out the order form with the appropriate information.

Records Search: Locate your document information online.

Mail or bring the completed order form and appropriate fees to the Clark County Recorder's Office:

All documents sent from this office will be sent via USPS.

If you pay in person, a check, cash, or a money order for the full amount, payable to Clark County Recorder, must accompany the order. We do not accept credit cards at this time.  If you order by mail, DO NOT send cash. Checks and money orders must be drawn off a U.S. Bank.
