These transcripts are created by a third-party stenographer who provides live captioning of the original meetings. Meeting transcripts may not be immediately available via the Internet following any given meeting.  A delay of   two to three weeks may exist before a transcript is available to be posted on this site. If a transcript for a meeting is not available, and the information is needed right away, you may request an audio tape in person from the Clerk's  Commission Division Office.  Please be advised there is a fee charged for audio tapes.  These transcripts are provided  as a public service to the community. The Public Communications Office makes no representation as to the validity and accuracy of the contents of the same since they are prepared by outside sources.
