The Clark County Public Guardian Office

We have the duty of caring for individuals who are legally determined to be incapable of administering their own affairs.  The seven elected members of the Clark County Commission appoint a Public Guardian to oversee the office.  Kathleen Buchanan has served as Clark county Public Guardian since Aug. 16, 2000.
