Report Signs of Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation

The Clark County Public Guardian Office receives hundreds of referrals a year regarding residents in the community who may need guardianship services. About 15 percent of the guardianship cases the office receives involve wards who come to the attention of authorities because of financial exploitation. Referrals generally come from hospitals, police, senior service agencies, neighbors or families.
