Unofficial Results on Election Night |

After the polls close at 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, polling place officials bring the results to the central tabulation facility for processing. The Election Day results are tabulated along with early voting and mail ballot results. In federal/state elections, provisional ballots are not included in the unofficial election night results. Note that provisional ballots are not used in municipal elections. |

After the polls close at 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Clark County also posts election night results as they are tabulated on cable Channel 4. |

Official Final Election Results |

The County Commissioners (or appropriate city authority in municipal elections) must “certify” the election results on or before the sixth working day after Election Day. In Federal/State elections in even-numbered years, the final results include provisional ballots that were counted. |
