CONFIDENTIALITY |
|
Your voter registration information is public information (except for social security and identification numbers, which the Election Department NEVER releases to the public). Upon request, the Election Department will withhold from the public your current address and telephone number, pursuant to NRS 293.558. Simply complete a “Voter Registration Confidentiality Request” form that MUST contain your signature and the current date. If you are physically disabled and cannot sign your name, call the Election Department at 702-455-8683 for instructions. Be aware that any residence address and telephone number on file with the Election Department before the request date will still be available to the public. |
