Federal Lands Management
The mission of the Clark County Federal Lands Program is to provide ongoing coordination with the six federal land management agencies that administer land in Clark County and to monitor all planning and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) related actions on federal land that may impact the environment, urban development, the economy, and the overall quality of life in Clark County.

Parks
The mission of the Parks Program is to provide direction and coordination for the creation of parks within the various developments and throughout Clark County.
Trails
The Clark County Trails Program facilitates the development of recreational trail systems in urban and rural areas of the County to provide recreational opportunities, alternative off-street transportation options, and access from urban areas to federal lands for residents and visitors to Clark County.
